Caregiver-Owned Accounts

Hunny uses caregiver-owned accounts. Children do not have standalone accounts. Child mode is paired under a caregiver-managed household.

Delete Data in the App

To delete data in the app:

Sign in as the caregiver.
Open Settings.
Choose Delete my account or Delete household.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting a caregiver account removes the caregiver account and related adult profile data. Deleting a household removes household-owned data, including child profiles, pairings, sessions, transcripts, Snap Game photos, saved memories, tiny moments, and parent notes.

Temporary Records

Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, app-store systems, payment/subscription systems, or service-provider systems for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Hunny account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through the app-store account used to purchase them.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot access the app, email hunny.app.official@gmail.com from the caregiver email address connected to the account.
